Generic SCIM template app brings 0 users from synchronization

Summary:

I'm trying to implement a SCIM connector application to import users into OCI IAM domain through "Generic SCIM connector application". When I'm trying to run import (synchronization) I see the call to /Users endpoint which returns some users back (I'm using demo application from https://github.com/oracle-samples/idm-samples/tree/master/idcs-scim-gateway-app) but none of them is imported. I check Import tab in the application in OCI and it shows that 0 users were imported and there are no failures at the same time.

I'm using "Username" and "Name" as attributes to configure import.

What am I missing here?
