Security risk due to ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED

Summary:

Oracle are aware that with the ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED profile enabled there are areas where the current people security profiles are not working. For EMSS we have an issue whereby when searching for a worker to make an employee's Line Manager in the Change Manager action ALL workers on the environment are visible and selectable, even if restrict by the current security profile. The new LM cannot then access the employee's record if they do not meet current security profile in EMSS but other customers are having wider problems.

This is Oracles response to the SR raised for us. We do not feel this is an enhancement as the security worked pre Redwood, it should be an urgent fix. Please add your comments to help get support for this. Thanks
