Monthly BAU Updates are not reflected in Artifact Updates Report fetched from FCC

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As a part of monthly pre-close and close activities, below updates are performed in FCC application. However none of them reflect in Artifact Updates report which is used to track configuration updates. Can you confirm why these changes are not visible in Artifact Updates Report and if these are Configuration Changes or Data Updates as per Oracle's classification

1. Update Substitution Variable Values

2. Kicking off approval Units/Locking approval units and entities 

3. Opening/Closing Journal Periods

4. Updating Mapping in FDMEE
