Not able to find / add functional security policy to custom job role.

Summary:

We have a custom "HCM - Job Role" we have named "CHA Payroll Administrator" based on the built-in "Payroll Administrator" HCM - Job Role.

We are looking to add the redwood privilege "Access Payroll Activity Center" (PAY_ACCESS_PAYROLL_ACTIVITY_CENTER)

Editing our custom role to "Add Function Security Policy" yields no results. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Using the built-in role, the access works and the activity center is accessible.
