Assignment Manager (Unsecured) significantly slower in Workforce Performance Subject Areas

Assignment Manager (Unsecured) is very valuable. In general it performs very well. We appreciate Julian Challenger-Oracle's OTBI Performance Guidelines.

We noticed unusually slow performance specifically in Workforce Performance SA's. Two very simple OTBI analyses illustrate this issue.

At this stage, we are trying to understand if this issue is unique to our organization / configuration, or if it is consistent with other environments.
