    • Is it possible to create users in IDCS using EPM REST API without Identity Domain Admin user?

    Summary:

    Hi,

    We would like to have a native user that has the ability to create users in IDCS using this EPM Rest API endpoint:

    https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/prest/lcm_add_user_to_identity_domain_v2.html

    In the doc is saying that we need Identity Domain Administrator role but we don't want to grant this user with this role. It has many privileges.

    Is there any other way we can achieve this?
