In Time and Labor's "Analyze Rule Processing Logs" has anyone noticed their Log Files being deleted?

Summary: In both our Non-Prod and Prod environments, we are noticing that our "Analyze Rule Processing Logs" are being deleted approximately after one week. We are a recent OTL deployment so we are very interested in looking at our Rule Logs for troubleshooting.

We have set our Profile Options as Follows:

ORA_HWM_RULES_LOG - ORA_HWM_RULES_LOG_LEVEL = Finest

ORA_HWM_RULES_MONTHS_TO_KEEP = 6

We access the Rule Set Processing Logs and Rule Processing Logs via the Time and Labor Administrator. We can see and read very current logs. With no real pattern we have noticed that our Rule Logs are deleted from anywhere between 1 and 9 days. This is in spite of our Profile settings which indicate that these logs will be maintained for 6 months. This is occurring in both our Prod and non-prod environments.
