Learning Outcomes

Hi,

I have assigned licenses and certificates as Learning Outcome in Skills and Qualifications of a Course. However, after Completing the course, the Certification is not being added to learners' talent profile. Also, how can i set an expiration date for the license or certificate so that it should expire when course gets expired.
