How to clear data in Oracle GL (Budgetary Control)

Summary:

We have integration between EPM and Oracle GL (XCC_Application). When data loaded to GL then data reflects in GL application but when we deleted the data set in EPM application and pushed the latest data file to GL then for deleted records data remain same in GL. This create discrepancies while comparing data EPM Vs GL (Budgetary Control)

We would like to know how to clear data sets in Oracle GL (Target application) before pushing data set from EPM via integration.
