Summarized burden costs doesn't populate provider legal entity and cross-charge type

in Project Management

Summary:

I have setup intercompany project billing and when the Provider (Expenditure Owning) Legal Entity and Receiver (Project owning) Legal Entity are different, the cross-charge type flag is correctly populated as "Intercompany" for raw cost expenditure lines. I have redacted sensitive data.

However this isn't the case for "Summarized Burden Lines", see screen shot below. Is this the intended functionality?
