Ability to conditionally hide 'Create Description' option in create Job Requisition flow

Description (Required):

Aim: Hide Create Description Radio button/field using Visual Builder Studio on Create job Requisition > Posting description tab.
Currently while creating a Requisition under Posting Description tab - we have 2 options - Create Description and Select existing Description. These fields are not explicitly visible or available in Visual Builder studio to control the visibility based the roles as a condition.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have a business requirement where - Hiring Managers should be allowed only select an existing description instead of creating their own description. This would create non sync Job requisition descriptions.
