Autocreation of PO's failing from work orders after implementing Price change tolerance

Summary:

We have implemented price change tolerance at a BU level. This is working correctly for purchase requisitions. But when Requisitions released from work order, the price on requisition is picking from Item list price and when autocreated PO the price is being changed as per BPA. When the list price and BPA price are very different the PO creation is failing.

Is there a control were we can make the requisition(from work order) also picks the price from BPA and not from item list price. Or any other way that we can make this process work without fail?
