Why don't the 26A Enhanced Redwood Filters show in My Team learning for the Manager

Summary:

26A introduced enhanced redwood filters on My Learning and Team Learning  pages.

"Learning type and learning format are now visible on My Learning and Team Learning pages, helping learners and managers quickly identify relevant content and make informed decisions."

There is nothing to do to enable this feature and we can see the filters 'Learning Type' and 'Learning Format'. However, when selecting those filters, there is nothing visible to select.

We've enabled Redwood for Learners and Managers (self-service) but not yet enabled Redwood for Learning Specialists.
We've therefore not enabled self-paced learning which is where the new format types become visible. However, on the Learning Catalogue tab, there are options to filter on the format and learning type:
