Summary:

Post 26A Upgrade we are unable to do action 'Re-transmit Tender' for already transmitted or tender accepted shipments. This has stopped working after 26A upgrade and giving us the error message "Re-Transmit Tender failed for shipment' . This action was working fine in OTM 25C. We have valid business scenarios where we want to re-transmit the tender for some cases.

Error: Invalid Tender Collaboration Status to Re-Transmit Tender."
