Ability to hide 'Generate' button on Comments section of Withdraw Resignation Redwood page using VBS

AIM: Hide Generate Button that is available on Comments text box of the Withdraw Resignation Redwood page

Currently in Visual Builder Studio, there is no option provided under Page Properties of Withdraw Resignation page to disable the Generate Button. Across other pages in HCM - we see there is an option available to Show AI Assist button or Show Generate Button available. This helps to hide/unhide the button accordingly. But this is NOT available on Withdraw Resignation Page.
