'Skills and Qualifications' tab visible to learners on Topic Communities details page

Hi Experts,

In 26A, we noticed that the 'Skills and Qualifications' tab is visible to learners on the Topic community details page even though we are not using dynamic skills with Communities.

I don't see an option to hide this via VBS.


Please let me know if and how this can be hidden.
