Learner Successfully Completed Course but showing "Not Passed" attempt and "In Progress" status

Summary: Learner successfully completes course but enrollment details showing attempt = 'Not Passed'. Additionally, the course status is 'In Progress'. Admin only able to see 'In Progress' status.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are still using Responsive UI courses, but we have Redwood self-paced learning and ILT turned on. One of our courses shows a learner with a 'not passed' attempt even though they successfully completed the course; and as an added layer of confusion, the overall course status is 'in progress'. A couple of questions: Why is it saying 'not passed'? Why it is showing different statuses?
