VB Studio - Build - Multiple webapps in visual application, need to deploy the webapps individually

Summary:

We have 3 webapps under one visual application, app1, app2 and app3. We have build jobs in VB Studio to package and deploy it to the specific environments. To start with we had only one app so there was no issue, now we have multiple and want to deploy only specific webapp rather than deploying all three. When the package build job is run then it clubs all three webapps together, Is it possible to package just the app which was modified rather than deploying all three.
