Insight Reporting in 14.0 Release

When I clicked on Insight Reporting in my root LearnCenter, I an Important Notice is displayed:
Insight Reporting is currently unavailable due to a system upgrade. Taleo Technology Team continues to aggressively work to activate and restore the Insight Reporting feature.
Our top priority is to activate Insight Reporting to ensure customers are able to begin reporting with this new feature. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
Please check on teh status of our progress at http://status.learn.com frequently for additional updates regarding this issue.
Does everyoen else see that message? I just want to check because the last time we had an issue with our LearnCenter we were told that the quickest way we could get someone to work on it was to post it out here to make sure other users had the same issue and reported it to their support teams so that they would know it was a high priority to work on.
