You can instead create a BIP report and add required privileges to access/view report. Then create a link for an easy access.

You can create a linkage using Page Composer. Adding a reference document.

Hi Michael,

The document contains the help links. It's an extension utility and comes with Oracle HCM.

You can create a new page entry and add a static link to the course report. I checked and works.
