Oracle Analytics: Create measure for sales YTD and sales LY YTD

HI,
I am new in this forum and novice when it comes to Oracle BI. I am used to work in Power BI, so this is a new world to me.
I am looking to create me first measure where I want to take revenue for this year (YTD) and compare to last year (LY YTD).
Can some one make a hint to get me started.
