    Once the “Change RVC Serving Period Function” was used on a workstation, it will not change the serving period anymore unless you select Automatic again.

    This is the correct procedure for using the Change RVC Serving Period button:

    1. Sign into the required RVC
    2. Navigate to the screen where you have “Change RVC Serving Period” button
    3. Press the “Change RVC Serving Period” button and select the desired Serving Period, then create the check(s)
    4. Go back to “Change RVC Serving Period” button and change SP to the current one, if you don’t want to stay anymore on the SP that was first selected manually
    5. Navigate to “Change RVC Serving Period” button and select “Automatic”
