Why Serving Period does not change automatically in Simphony?

Once the “Change RVC Serving Period Function” was used on a workstation, it will not change the serving period anymore unless you select Automatic again.
This is the correct procedure for using the Change RVC Serving Period button:
- Sign into the required RVC
- Navigate to the screen where you have “Change RVC Serving Period” button
- Press the “Change RVC Serving Period” button and select the desired Serving Period, then create the check(s)
- Go back to “Change RVC Serving Period” button and change SP to the current one, if you don’t want to stay anymore on the SP that was first selected manually
- Navigate to “Change RVC Serving Period” button and select “Automatic”
