"Window" is a reserved word - where is the list of reserved words?

A Clinical One customer received the error, “Block list value 'window' found in rule expression”, when creating a setQueryMessage. I determined it was the use of the word "window" in the message.

I then did a search in Oracle Help Center for "reserved words" and got no useful returns.

Where do we find a list of reserved words?
