Simphony errors

We have managed to install and connect the Simphony on an android tablet device and it runs almost as it should, but when users press the button-menu (Room inquiry) it pops up the following error message (please check image 0430 attached).

In addition, the message shown on image 0431 pops randomly.

I have updated all the files from Simphony Enh IFC 19.1.4.1

Simphony's version is on 19.5

    Image 0431 indicates comms issue between POS and PMS. Start by checking interface service host is online. Kill service host from task manager and restart services. Try room inq again, if is still not working and there is a delay on response then it is with PMS vendor. Restarting PMS interface should fix it. Image 0430 - don't think you need the android isl files if you are not using android.
