How to unenroll from a Life Sciences course

If for any reason you can't make it to the courses you've signed up for, no worries! Just follow these simple steps to unenroll and free up your seat for another learner:

1. Create a list of the course or courses you wish to unenroll from, include the date(s) of the session(s).

2. Navigate to our Live Event Schedule.

3. If you see the below icon in the upper right corner of the screen instead of your initials, it means you are not signed in. In that case, click on the white arrow and select "Sign in to my account".

4. After entering your credentials, you should be redirected to the Life Sciences Learning Subscription Live Event Schedule. If not, click here.

5. Use the search function or the left filter to locate the session(s) you wish to unenroll from.

6. Once you have found the specific session, click on the "Session Details" button.

7. Click on the "Unenroll" button, confirm your choice, and you will receive a confirmation message.

8. Repeat these steps for all the courses you wish to unenroll from.
