When assigning a supervisor, No assignment for the given date error

Can anyone help me with this error?

The following error occurs:

There is no assignment for the given date

Here is some additional information:

• issue does not occur when employee does not have a supervisor
• issue does not occur with seeded responsibilities
• issue does not occur for existing employees
• noticed that when supervisor is added on assignment level and pressing salary button, the eployee name and
• number are not passed to the OAF salary page

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. using custom responsibility

2. people > enter and maintain

3. query some employee

4. press assignment

5. give employee a supervisor
