FETCH IP ADDRESS FOR ORACLE USER LOGINS AND LOGOUTS

 Hi,

 We would like to maintain history of oracle logins and corresponding logouts in the following format:

Oracle Username, IP Address, Login Time, Logout Time

Kindly help out for arriving the appropriate results.
