Responsibilites not Visible for SOME Users when they login.

 Hi All,

We have a crisis. We have assigned a Responsibility to some 4 users. But it is visible only for 2 users when they login using their userid/pwd. For others, it is not visible -though they have that responsibility.

Can someone help me please?
