Payables Posted Invoice Register bug and enhancement request

 Just for the information of others, I have run across an issue (11i) on the Payables Posted Invoice Register.  What I discovered is that sometimes invoices on the final day of the report accounting data range would not be printing on the report.  Change the date range so that the date would be in the middle of the date range and the invoices would then print.  This was happening on a small number of invoices, so very easy to not realize there was a problem (we were live for 17 months before I stumbled across it).  Turns out there was
