Error:Cannot find code configuration database when login ofa thin client

  Dear :

     When we login ofa thin client, there always return: Cannot find code configuration database. anybody encountered before? also I checked there has a same case(Note:OFA Startup Fails with Error: Unable to Connect to Express. [ID 234479.1]), the fix is:

Perform the following actions:
1) Open the original OFASYSCF.CFG using a text editor and copy the contents.
2) Delete or rename the original OFASYSCF.CFG.
3) Create a new file on the file system called OFASYSCF.CFG in the same
location as the original.
4) Paste the contents of the original OFASYSCF.CFG into the new file.
5) Ensure all permissions on OFASYSCF.CFG are set to 777.
