Can't see all the deprec methods in LOV when assigning category to tax book

 I am setting up a tax book for the first time.  When I try to assign a category to the tax book, when in the default rules, all of the depreciation methods do not appear in the list to select one.  The method I want to use is MACRS STL HY and is available in other books.  Did I setup something incorrectly when I setup the tax book?
