OVMS: How to open a Patch Request Service Request for OpenVMS

In order to avoid delays in service for your Patch Request, please
consider the following:

1) If you request a Patch on media

ie. DVD etc, you should use the Patch Request Template when opening your
Service Request. This will assure that your Service Request for a Patch on media
correctly routes to our Media Delivery Team.

This is selected on the second page, 'Problem' - in the 'Category' LOV

  ' Request an existing Patch or Patchset'

2)  If, however, you are 

  •       inquiring about patch availability on OpenVMS
  •       looking for a download location for an Oracle patch on OpenVMS

then please do NOT use the Patch Request Template when
