IBM zS: How to open a patch request SR

In order to avoid delays in service for your Patch Request, please consider the following:

If you need a Patch to be physically shipped on media, ie. DVD etc, you should use the Patch Request Template when opening your Service Request. This will ensure that your Service Request for a Patch on media correctly routes to our Media Delivery Team.

This is selected on the second page, 'Problem' -> in the 'Category' LOV   ' Request an existing Patch or Patchset' 

Please do NOT use the Patch Request Template when you are:

a) inquiring about patch availability on z/OS or Linux on IBM zSeries
