OVMS: 10.2.0.4 patch

Hi
We are in the process of evaluating the process for patching our 10.2.0.2 databases on HP Open VMS 8.3 to 10.2.0.4
According to the readme file for the patch;
"To install the Oracle Database 10g patch set interactively, perform the following:
How can we accomplish the above because it seems that orauser.com is part of the profile of our "oracle" user.
here is what we see when we log on as user "oracle"
Username: oracle
Password:
HP OpenVMS Industry Standard 64 Operating System, Version V8.3 on node KWI64
