OVMS: Oracle Licensing

Not sure if this is the right community, apologies if not, but here goes.

If we go down the route of virtulisation with 3 physical machines clustered, each machine has two quad core processors, the system will have high availability, if I am running two instances of oracle on two virtual servers, how do I license.  I understand that it is a license for each processor making a total of 8 processor licenses, the problem I have is that I do not have any evidence for this.  Also is there any additional licensing I need to run Oracle on VM.
