Preliminary Payment Register Report in R12

Hello;
Preliminary Payment Register report that we've been using in 11.5.10 is no longer enabled in R12.1

What is the equivalent of this report in R12?

11i report was listing header level invoice descriptions along with payment information. We need to see the same information in R12.
