Login Failed for oracle Ebusiness when correct password entered
My users have been complaining about getting the following error when attempting to log into application.
Login failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator.
Even after password is reset and user attempts to login in with new password the error occurs. this is not happening for all users and the users are not specific to any organization or group. It happens very inconsistently and is not only happenning to users who dont use the application for a long time but to users who use the application on a daily basis.
Has anyone had this issue? Or is there any investigations that i can carry out to trouble shoot this problem?
