New tapes imported have f flag set
The "f" flag is being set for brand new tapes
being imported by customers .
The tapes import fine. When the archiver requests one of the new tape imported
the "f" flag is set. What causes this to happen?
# samcmd v 300 | grep f | grep -w "0%" | more

How does a customer fix this problem? Just using the command chmed -f li.BARCODE
removes the "f" flag, but the next time the tape is loaded the "f" flag is set.
