"This user is already logged in. Please user another login name."

 When trying to login we are getting an error saying "This user is already logged in.  Please user another login name." The account should not be logged in.  We were able to login one time but every time after this we are getting this error.  We have tried restarting but still having the same issues.  Please advise.
