When opening a html page from forms I have to login again in order to access * using a custom menu

 Hello, I have created a custom menu for a payments responsibility I created,  and when we open a bank page or the payment manager page (wich are html pages) the login page pops up and I have to login in order to access.
I am in R12 and this just happens in the custom responsability.
