Legacy Sun Customer not able to register in MOS using a recently created OKS Contract Number

Hi,
I have a customer (Legacy Sun Customer) who is trying to register in MOS (support.oracle.com). During the register activity he is trying to introduce the OKS contract number which is not detected as a valid one for MOS entitlement.

I could provide this OKS contract number and/or an OKS snapshot of this contract number if this would be needed.

I have also learned that Legacy Sun contracts (not expired) allow MOS entitlement.

So, my question is:

Which is the supposed identifier to be introduced to be entitled in MOS for a valid OKS contract ?

How can my customer obtain such identifier ?
