Browser window prompts to close during Web Client login in 9.2.1 but not with 9.3.1

 When we login to Web Client it opens the Application in a new window. In the version 9.2.1 we will be prompted with an option if we need to close the window it was invoked from. It will show a message dialog where the below message will be displayed.

"The web page you are viewing is trying to close this window."

This doesn't happen with Agile 9.3.X. Can this be made available on Agile 9.3.X?
