Encryption of Oracle Supplier's TaxId fieldin application and database

 We have a requirement to encrypt the value of TaxId field on the Purchasing Supplier screen. Does anybody knows If we can encrypt this field in either Oracle releaes 11.5.10.2 or Release 12i?
