What to register with ASR(Chassis/Blade/OS on blade)?

Hi All, I have a question. I'm in the process of setting up ASR at my company, but am hitting lots of little questions that I need help with. Here is the first:

Here is the senario:
I have registered all of our Sun/Oracle Chassis with ASR.(this was an ordeal as the chassis shipped with incorrectly programmed serial numbers).
Now that the chassis are enabled I have worked to enable all the iLom's for the x6270 blades we have. For the future is this necessary with ASR monitoring the Chassis?

After installing the latest STB bundle and running asrassetmenu.sh, should I also enable the OS(Sol10x86) in asr independantly from the iLom?
