Upgrading from CAM 6.5.0.10 to 6.7.0.x

Can I do this in one step, or do I have to go through 6.6.x?  Also, to do the upgrade, do I just run 'RunMe.bin' ?  I can't seem to find documentation that talks about
upgrading from a previous version.
