Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Getting error message File does not begin with '%PDF-' in SSHR

Hi,

I am geeting an error message as File does not begin with '%PDF-' in SSHR when exporting file to PDF. it is happening for specific users.

Once login to the application then actions>export file in Self servie pages.
