Login takes long time for DB users when we enable LDAP on Agile 9.3.1

We have Agile 9.3.1 and app server is weblogic.

We are using LDAP to authenticate the users.

When we use the DB user to login to the application it takes lots of time to login to the database.

If we check the logs it shows that its trying to check in LDAP for the DB users also.

Is there any way we can fix this issue?
