Is it possible to create compoiste Item ?

Hello,  In my company we are using a lot of items.
Some of them are composite of others.
for example; x is composite item which includes item a, b and c inside.
is it possible to create an item like x ? when i achive it, i will get rid of  sent item a,b,c one by one.
