Overtime and Excludable Amount on the Workers Comp Register

Question:  Where does the information for the Overtime (O.T.) and excludable amount come from on the workers comp register?

Answer:  On the workers comp Ins Basis table (P069071),  there is a field called Exclude Premium (PPT).   This is where you tell the system to calculate or not to calculate the workers comp on the overtime (OT) premium amount.  If you answer 'Y' on this Exclude Preimium field, the OT premium amount will display on the Workers Comp Register under the column called "OT Prem amount" to indicate that this amount is excluded from the workers comp calculation.  If you answer 'N' on the Exclude Premium field, no amount will show under the 'OT prem amount' column on the register.  This indicates workers comp will calculate
