3510 Array Controller Telnet & Ping Issue

Hi,

I have an issue with one of my array 3510 having slow telnet and ping resonse, which is repeating with in 10-15 days,

after resetting the controller it get resoved for 10-15 days only, but I have done restting of this 5 to 6 times I need proper fix of this issue.

1:- I have another array that is not giving this types of problem only one array is giving issue, I have tried with both the controller A & B network port having same issue,

2:- At time of issue I have swapped the network cable and swtich port aslo and tried with cross cable connectivty ping also slow response time showing,
